Blistering Barbecues
Well, our garden paid host to nearly 100 people last Saturday as familiar faces and their friends turned out for our barbecue. As usual, people were very generous with what they brought and we’ll be eating chicken legs in barbecue sauce for a week now. The weather was sultry but decided not to rain so everyone was outdoors: the youngsters rushing around with football, unihoc and frisbee; the not-so-youngsters taking it easy easy with chairs and wine glasses.
